Manual Adhesion Release
Manual Adhesion Release, or MAR is a soft tissue techniques that has been shown to be effective in reducing adhesion in muscles, tendons and ligaments. Its a primary tool of the Integrative Diagnosis system, the most complete system in finding and fixing painful and restricted areas of the spine. Dr. Ellerbrock is certified at the highest level of Integrative Diagnosis and has served as the on-site care provider at several Fortune 500 companies.
Shockwave Therapy (ECSW)
Shockwave therapy, or extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), is used in the treatment of many musculoskeletal conditions, primarily those involving connective tissues such as ligaments and tendons. We use a specialized technique to apply appropriate stress to damaged tissues to optimize treatment efficacy.
Massage Therapy
Our skilled massage therapist specialize in musculoskeletal and orthopedic massage. Safely and comfortably assessing your tissue for increased muscle tension and discomfort is the objective of this therapy. It can be scheduled with your therapy plan in our office or scheduled 'stand-alone' therapy as well.
Exercise Prescription
Specific to your ability and your condition, Dr. Ellerbrock delivers quick, focused exercise prescription for his patients that are performed at home with little to no equipment.

Dr. Matt Ellerbrock, DC, DACRB
Dr. Matthew Ellerbrock is a licensed Chiropractor serving the community since 1999. He is married to Crystal Ellerbrock, and has four children, Isabella, William, Maggie, and Thomas. He was born and raised in the Columbus Grove community, a 1992 graduate of Columbus Grove High School. Dr. Ellerbrock holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology from Miami University, attained in 1996. While at Miami he played club Rugby and represented the state of Ohio and the Midwest several times as a select side athlete. His education continued as he then attained Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1999 with Research Honors. While at Palmer, he was nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award. He was a scholarship-athlete Palmer Rugby team and Past President of the Rugby Club. As a Chiropractor Dr. Ellerbrock is committed to promoting optimal function and pain relief of patients.
In 2017 he attained Diplomate status for Chiropractic Rehabilitation. Its the highest level of specialization for a chiropractor in the field of soft tissue care and exercise rehabilitation.
Outside of the office you can find Dr. Ellerbrock running, hiking, and spending time with his three children Thomas, Maggie and Bella.
Deb Bogart, LMT
Debora Bogart is a graduate of The Institute of Therapeutic Massage. After graduation she started her own home-based therapy business. After a few months of working with clients in her home office she decided she would like to work in other communities, as well as her own. She took an offer to work in a Lima based chiropractic office. This work proved to be very rewarding and this pushed Debora to branch out even further to work in local communities around her county. She wanted to work with local athletes to help them improve their athletic performance, by providing therapy that would condition the muscles after intense workouts; thus keeping the athlete's muscles in prime condition for competition.
Debora Bogart recently became the first (and only in Ohio) massage therapist to become certified in Manual Adhesion Release, the industry leading method in finding and removing adhesion in muscles and other soft tissues.
She has also years of experience in instructing massage therapy techniques to students at a local college.

Kim Schimmoeller, AT, ATC

Kim Schimmoeller AT, ATC is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer with 15+ years of experience. Kim obtained her certification and license after graduating from Miami University with a Bachelor's degree in 2006. She then attended Wright State University for 2 years, where she obtained her Master's Degree and served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. From 2008-2021, Kim served as an athletic trainer at Bluffton University, starting as the assistant and in 2012 stepped into the role of head athletic trainer. During Kim's duration at Bluffton, she held several athletic administration roles as well.
Kim specializes in administering rehabilitation and active management of athletes, young and old. She resides in Bluffton with her husband and 2 daughters. When not at work, Kim enjoys hanging with family and being outdoors.
Lindsey Buettner, LMT
Lindsey Buettner has been in the massage industry for nearly 10 years since graduating from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage with a diploma of Medical Massage- receiving over 1000 hours of training in numerous modalities. She is passionate about helping individuals relax and achieve pain relief through all areas of massage- from myofascial and deep tissue, to cancer and lymphatic work. Lindsey plays volleyball and coaches which gives her the knowledge and experience to understand the massage needs of athletes. She is also one of the Chiropractic Clinical Assistants in the office. Outside of work she enjoys time with family, friends and adventures with her dog Judge.
